Ingredients
3/4 c uncooked millet3 cups lowfat milk1/2 c honey3/4 c unsweetened flaked coconut1 tsp. salt1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
scald milk in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients, then transfer to square casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
