Peanut butter chicken with peppers

18 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts2 tbsp Smuckers natural peanut butter no sugar added2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce2 tbsp low sodium teriyaki sause1/2 green bell pepper1/2 red bell pepper1/4 C dry roasted cashews1 tsp garlic powder
cut chicken into bite size pieces (or grill on stove then cut into bite size pieces)
Chop green & red peppers into small pieces
If cashews are whole chop in half or into smaller more manageable pieces as desired.
*NOT LISTED IN RECIPE, some good pairings with this is on large lettuce leaves or with brown rice.
Cook chicken pieces on stovetop (grill prior to cutting into pieces) once chicken is cooked add peppers
Add peanut butter, soy sauce, teriyaki, peppers, and garlic powder to chicken on stovetop and cook until well mixed and peanut butter is melted
Add cashews
Simmer on low for 3-5 minutes
Serve.
Pairing suggestions: This is good on its own or in lettuce leaves as a lettuce wrap, or on brown rice
