Southwest Turkey Soup

Ingredients
1 package ground turkey (19.2 oz.)1 small onion, chopped1 half green bell pepper, chopped1 1/2 cup frozen corn1 can great northern beans1 can kidney beans1 can chopped tomatoes1 can fat free chicken broth1 cup whole grain brown riceChili powder, cumin and cilantro to taste or you can add a packet of taco seasoning insteadabout 4 cups water
Directions
Spray a large pot with cooking spray. Brown ground turkey. Add onion and green pepper, saute till soft. Add all other ingredients except rice. Bring to a boil. Turn heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hr. Stir occasionally. Add more water if necessary. Add rice, cover and cook for another half hour or until rice is done.
