Greens with Hot Garlic Dressing

Ingredients
1.5 lbs mustard greens1 cup chopped/sliced raw onion4 cloves garlic.33 cup olive oil.25 cup cider vinegar1 cup cherry/grape tomatoes, cut in half
Directions
Heat oil and garlic in a small saucepan over moderate heat until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in vinegar and immediately pour over greens, onion & tomatoes. Season with salt & pepper and toss well.
Serve right away.
