Mushroom Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb of Turkey burger1/4 cup chopped onion2 tsp Minced Garlic8 unsalted saltine crackers2 tsp ground oregano1 egg lightly beaten1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 can Milk1TBS vegetable oil
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Mix ground turkey with onion, garlic, crushed crackers, oregano, and egg.
Form into 8 meatballs
Brown meatballs in vegetable oil and then drain on paper towel.
Mix mushroom soup with milk.
Place meatballs in medium Casserole Dish. Pour soup mixture over.
Bake covered 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
