WMAO Moc Mac N Cheese

Ingredients
cooked spaghetti squash (cut in half and baked on cookie sheet open sides down for 1 hour on 350.swiss cheesecheddar cheeseMilksilken tofu3 eggs
Directions
removed cooked spaghetti squash from shell, put in baking dish and put cheese on top of it. mix milk and silken tofu (i used blender to make smooth) whip three eggs until blended and add milk/tofu and stir. add white pepper, thyme, garlic and other preferred spices to taste. pour over cheese and mix in to spaghetti squash to ensure distribution. Bake at 350 for an hour or until it is firm and golden brown on top.
