Pie Pastry for one pie (bottom only)

1 1/4 cup flour4 tsp sugar1/4 tsp salt1/3 cup lard, tenderflake (or butter)1 oz ice cold water1/2 tbsp white vinegar
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt.
- Cut in lard (or butter if preferred) with pastry cutter until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
- Add water and vinegar and mix until blended but still crumbly.
- Press together into a ball and wrap with saran wrap.
- Place in fridge for 15 minutes.
- Roll out on wax paper and press into pie dish.
- Bake approximately 20 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 1 pie (bottom crust only)
