Bacon Zucchini Tortilla

Ingredients
Zucchini Shredded (1/3 cup)3 Tbs. onion minced2 slices cooked turkey bacon finely chopped1 Egg1 Cup Egg beaters1/3 cup low fat cheddar/colby1/4 cup 1% milk1 Tbs. Evoo divided1 tsp salt2 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat broiler to 400
Saute onion in 1 tsp and set aside to cool
Add the rest of the ingredients to a large bowl. When onion is cooled add to mixture. Whisk vigorously. Add the rest of the evoo to a oven safe 10" skillet and heat over med. high heat. Add contents to bowl and cook about 5 minutes. Put in oven until top of egg is cooked. Take out of oven and invert a large plate over the top of the pan and flip the tortilla. Cook 1-2 minutes more.
