Parsley Sauce

Ingredients
1 clove garlic1 large shallot2 tablespoons white wine vinegar1 cup parsleysalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Roughtly chop garlic and shallot and put in food processor
Pulse to chop garlic and shallot
Add parsley to food processor and pulse several times to chop
Add white wine vinegar and olive oil
Pulse food processor until sauce

The sauce should be fairly loose, not as thick as a pesto

Serving Size: 2 tablespoons
