Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Chicken stock, home-prepared, 3 cup Salsa, .5 cup *Garlic Minced, 2 tsp *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) *Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can, 6 serving *Black Bean, Canned Iberia, 3.5 cup Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) *Turkey Polish Sausage, 16 oz
Directions
Cook meat with onions and celery, add other ingredients and simmer until all is cooked.
