Ingredients
1.5 Cups Hodgson Mill Oat Bran Cereal1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 cup Wheat Germ1/2 Cup Brown Sugar2 tbsp Milled Flax1.5 tsp Baking Powder1.5 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp cinnamon2 Eggs1.5 Cups Apple Sauce (seneca all natural)3/4 cups Craisins4 tbsp safflower oil
Directions
Preheat Oven to 400
Mix Dry Ingredients WELL
Mix in wet ingredients with dry WELL
Spoon into muffin cups (if not using cups make sure you spray muffin tin
Let sit for 10 minutes
Place in oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool and serve... Hearty & DELISH!
