2 1/2 CUPS REGULAR ROLLED OATS1/2 CUP STEEL-CUT OATS2 TSP BAKING POWDER1/2 TSP SALT1/2 TSP GROUND CINNAMON2 CUP SKIM MILK1/4 CUP EGG SUBSTITUTE, BEATEN1/3 CUP UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE1/4 CUP CANOLA OIL1/4 CUP HONEY1/4 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR2 CUP FRESH OR FROZEN STRAWBERRIES, SLICEDFOR GARNISH:1 TSP WARMED STRAWBERRY JAM1 TBSP GREEK YOGURT

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES. IN LARGE BOWL STIR TOGETHER ROLLED OATS, STEEL CUT OATS, BAKING POWDER, SALT AND CINNAMON; SET ASIDE. IN MEDIUM BOWL COMBINE MILK, EGG SUBSTITUTE, APPLESAUCE, OIL, HONEY AND BROWN SUGAR; ADD TO OAT MIXTURE AND STIR UNTIL COMBINED. POUR INTO GREASED 2 QUART SOUFFLE OR CASSEROLE DISH. BAKE UNCOVERED FOR 20 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN, STIR MIXTURE AND FOLD IN BERRIES. BAKE UNCOVERED FOR 20 ADDITIONAL MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED. SPOON INTO BOWLS. SERVE WITH YOGURT AND POUR WARMED STRAWBERRY JAM OVER THE TOP.
