Almond Joy candy low carb

Ingredients
2 T unsweetened shredded coconut1 T unsweetened powdered cocoa1 T Torani SF vanilla syrup1 T butter4 Almonds (plain)1.2 net carbs per piece (2.4 carbs for the two pieces)
Directions
Put butter and syrup in a small bowl and microwave until butter is melted. Then add cocoa and stir, then add coconut and stir.

Form into two pieces, press two almonds into the top of each piece and transfer to refrigerator to cool.

Enjoy!
