Banana and Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Cup Cottage Cheese2 Bananas (medium)6 Strawberries (large)1/4 Cup Half-n-Half (or milk)
Directions
Pour half-n-half (or milk) into blender. Cut strawberries in half and break up the bananas into small chunks and then blend almost all of the fruit together, leaving out about a third. Drop the cottage cheese in, blend, then add remaining fruit and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 3 8oz servings
