Crock Pot Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
3 Chicken breasts*Pinch of salt and pepper1.5 tbsp oilPinch of cayenne pepper1 medium onion, sliced.5 tsp oregano1 clove garlic, minced.25 tsp basil2 tomatosPinch of celery salt1/2 can tomato sauce1 bay leaf1 minced bell pepper1/8 cup chianti wineI also like to personalize it with whatever veggies I have on hand (i.e. broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, etc)*Can use frying chicken pieces but I prefer breasts because I usually have them on hand
Directions
1) Brown chicken in hot oil in a skillet then drain oil
2) Layer onions in crock pot then put browned chicken on top of it. Then add remaining ingredients
3) Cover and cook 1-2 hours
4) Discard bay leaf and serve
