Ingredients
1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into cubes1 c. chopped onion2 diced jalapenos1 can diced tomatoes2 ribs chopped celery1 can diced green chili1 can beef broth
Directions
Brown the meat in a deep skillet, then add onion, celery and chilis; cook until onions are translucent. Add broth and tomatoes, reduce heat to low, and cook about 3 hours until meat is fork-tender. Serve over rice or with tortillas. Makes about 8 servings.

    This was very good and simple. Not to spicy, but that would depend on how hot your peppers are, and tasted great. You could add some spices and coat meat with a little flour, but that would add calories. - 4/22/10

    So good and my family raved! Had no idea it was low fat! I added just a little lowfat cheese and dollop of low fat sour cream( this is a spicy dish!) and it was delicious! - 12/22/08

    Very good the whole family liked it even my son who is 6 . He does not like spicy. Just cut out one of the jalapenos
