Apple Cake

Ingredients
2 tsp Cinnamon, ground1 tsp Ginger, ground1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground1/2 cup Sugar1/3 c Walnuts, chopped1/4 c Canola Oil1-4oz container Motts unsweetened Applesauce1 Egg1 c white flour1 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Salt2 c chopped apples
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, beat egg and add wet ingredients.
Mix dry and wet ingredients.
Fold in chopped apples.
Pour into greased 8x8 pan.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
