*Flour, Pillsbury Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)*Oatmeal (Not-Instant), 0.5 cup (remove)*Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)*Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)*Morton Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)*cinnamon (spice), 1.5 tsp (remove)*Splenda Brown Sugar, .25 cup (remove)*Egg Beaters Egg Substitute (1/4 cup = 1 large egg), 0.25 cup (remove)*Egg Whites - All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites, 0.25 cup (remove)*Applesauce, .33 cup (remove)*Banana, Fresh only 1 cup serving, 1 cup (remove)*Mini Chocolate chips, 3 tbsp (remove)
Preheat oven to 400. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl, set aside. Mix all liquid ingredients, eggs, applesauce, and bananas. Pour liquid mixture into dry and mix well, add in choc. chips and then spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake 13-18 minutes at 400 or until a toothpick comes out clean.
