Crock Pot Pork Roast w/ Potatoes and Carrots

Ingredients
3 lb Sirloin Pork Roast2 Large Potatoes with Skins1 lb Baby Carrots1 Envelop Lipton Onion Soup Mix1 Tbsp Kitchen Bouquet Browning & Seasoning Sauce
Directions
Place roast in crock pot. Cut up potatoes and add them and carrots to crock pot. Fill with water. Sprinkle soup mix over the top and add browning sauce. Cook 6-8 hrs on low, until roast is done.
