Cauliflower Mint Salad

Ingredients
You can use only the tops of the green onions or the entire onion, whichever you prefer.
Directions
Cook cauliflower until al dente. Dice and set aside.
Chop parsley and garlic. Mix with all other ingredients except cauliflower. Pour dressing over cauliflower and toss until blended. Taste and adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve, warm or cold.
