Grilled Mango chicken

Ingredients
6 Chicken thighs, without skin1 cup finely diced mango1/2 cup diced onion3 cloves of garlic, finely diced1 tbsp. your favorite vinegar1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, less is you want it mild1 tsp salt1 tsp paprika1 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp liquid agave nectar
Directions
Place all ingredients in a zip-lock bag and marinate for at least 1 hour, and up to overnight. Take Chicken out of marinade and throw chicken on the grill to cook for 12 minutes. Place marinade in a saucepan and bring to boil, reduce to simmer. Use to sauce chicken when you turn chicken and cook for 12 more minutes. Test with a meat thermometer for doneness.. Enjoy!
