2 large egg whites, beaten1/3 cup skim milk1 tablespoon prepared horseradish½ Ian's Panko Breadcrumbs All Natural Whole Wheat Style1 medium onion, finely chopped1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley½ teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon pepper2 pounds lean ground beefSAUCE:¼ cup catsup2 tablespoons packed brown sugar1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1) In a large bowl, combine the egg whites, milk and horseradish. Stir in the breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Divide into two loaves and shape in loaf pan.
2) Place in preheated 375°F oven for 1 hours.
3) Meanwhite, in a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients; spoon over loaves. Cook for 2-3 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer reads 160°.
Yield: 12 servings.
