Slow Cooker Chicken & Dumplings

1 cup diced potatoes1 cup of sliced carrots1 can of peas1 can of chicken broth (14 oz)1/4 c flour1 tsp salt1/2 tsp dried marjoram leaves1/4 tsp pepper2 lbs boneless chicken breast1.5 cups Original Bisquick mix1/2 cup 2% milkPaprika, if desired
1. Place potatoes and carrots in bottom of slow cooker. In a bowl mix the broth, flour salt, marjoram, and pepper, pour into cooker once mixed. Place chicken breast on top of veggies.
2. Cover and cook on low heat setting for approx 5 hours. depending on crock pot.
3. Stir in peas, cover and cook for 15 more minutes.
4. In a bowl, mix dry bisquick and milk. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto chicken mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook on high heat setting for 20 minuites or until toothpick inserted in center of dumplings comes out clean.
Serving Size: 8 servings (3 oz chicken and 1/2 cup veggie mix)
