Roasted Root Vegetables

Ingredients
* Turnips, 4 small * *Potato, raw, 3 medium * Onions, raw, 1 medium * Carrots, raw, 3 medium * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Cut all vegetables into uniform chunks, about 1". Place in a casserole dish, and mix in olive oil. Season as desired. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes or until all veggies are soft.
