Candied Yams

Ingredients
3 large yams1/4 cup Brown Sugar1/4 cup Orange Juice2 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread 1 tsp Orange zest
Directions
Bake 3 large yams in oven for about 45 minutes. Remove skins. Cut potatoes in half. In a saute pan, melt spread, add brown sugar & orange juice. Add yams to pan and gently coat in the sauce. Add orange zest and serve. Makes 6 servings of one half yam per serving.
