Sesame Fish

Ingredients
1 pound Pacific Cod filets (or any white fish such as Tilapia)2 Tbsp Lite soy sauce2 Tbsp Olive Oil2 Tbsp Cider vinegar or Rice vinegar1 tsp sesame oil (can be omitted if you prefer)2 Tbsp Sesame seeds
Directions
Turn oven on to broil (med to hi)
Place fish in shallow baking dish.
Place all ingredients in small bowl and whick to incorporate.
Pour over fish
Put in oven about 8 inches away from broiler and cook for 8-10 minutes or until fish begins to flake away with fork.
