Briggs' Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients
Directions
1 pound lean ground turkey1 T. dried onion1 T. worcestershire sauce1 can tomato soup, low sodium1 can tomato sauce1 cup sour cream, reduced fatblack pepper3 cups cooked brown rice
1. Cook brown rice according to directions
2. While rice is cooking, brown turkey with dried onion
3. Add worcestershire sauce, tomato soup, and tomato sauce.
4. Simmer 20 minutes
5. Add sour cream and black pepper to taste, heat through.
6. Serve over 1/2 cup rice.
