Spiced Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients
*1 15 ounce can low sodium garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed*1 4 ounce jar roasted red peppers*3 tbsp lemon juice (may need a little more)*1 1/2 tbsp tahini*1 clove garlic*1/2 tsp ground cumin*1 tsp cayenne pepper*1 tbsp EV Olive Oil (approximately)***Since I like spicy food, I usually add 1-2 diced jalapeno peppers to the food processor as well!***
Directions
Put all ingredients except EVOO into food processor. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides a couple times. After ingredients are blended, add the oil slowly through the feed tube while the processor is running. Refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to serving. Keeps in the refrigerator for 3 days.

Makes approximately 2 cups. Serving size is 1/4 cup.
