One roasted chicken...no skin or fat..picked to the bone and set asidechop onion and green pepper while oil is heating in 6 qt pot.when oil is warm enough to simmer add onion and green pepper. mince 3 cloves of garlic cloves and toss in the pot. add chili powder, cayenne pepper and cumin seasonings to the pot.add chicken, can of corn, can of spicy chili beans, can of chicken broth, can of beef broth, can of cambells tomato bisque and chopped jalepenos pepper. and whatever other ingredients you think would be tasty.let simmer for an hour on lowput broken tortilla chips or baked tortillas in bottom of bowl and laddle soup in and enjoy.you cannot go wrong with this recipe

Buy the already roasted grocery store chicken to make it faster and pick it to the bone...then open all the cans, chop the onion and peppers...add the liquids and seasons...stir and simmer for an hour. you cannot go wrong.
top with lighty baked sliced tortillas or corn tortilla chips
