Stir Fry Chicen with Brown rice

Ingredients
2 chicken breastsI KG bag of mixed Asian Vegetables ( frozen)1/4 cup chicken broth1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup Stir fry sauce4 cups cooked brown rice ( 2 cups uncooked)
Directions
Slice chicken breast and cook in non stick pan with Chicken broth. when cooked add frozen veggies. Add soy sauce and Stir fry sauce and 1/2 cup water. Let simmer with sauce until Cooked serve over rice

Serving Size: 1/2 cup rice and 1/8 of the Chicken and rice mixture
