Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil2 cloves garlic - crushed1 red onion - chopped4 cups cooked rice1 cup frozen corn1 cup frozen peassalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil and soften onion and garlic. Add cooked rice, peas and corn. Toss until heated through and season with salt and pepper.
