Aioli Chicken Panini

Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil1 Roma tomato, seeded and chopped1/2 teaspoon minced garlic2 ounces cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced2 large slices 100% whole wheat bread1 ounce part-skim mozzarella cheese, sliced thinNonstick cooking spray
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, basil, tomato, and minced garlic. Stir in the chicken and coat well. Place the cheese on one slice of bread. Spread the chicken mixture on top. Cover with the second slice of bread. Coat a nonstick pan with cooking spray. Cook the panini over medium heat for approximately 2 minutes on each side, or until golden.
