orzo/garbanzo bean and goat cheese salad with lemon-garlic

1.5c orzo uncooked1/8 c olive oil Zest and juice from one lemon2-3 garlic cloves, minced1T chopped fresh basil2T chopped fresh Parsley3oz goat cheese crumbled
cook orzo in pan of boiling water until tender (don't over cook) Drain, rinse.
Whist olive oil, lemon zest and juice and garlic in large serving bowl. Add drained beans, cooked orzo and chopped basil and parsley. Toss to coat. Stir in goat cheese. Chill and serve.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, may add pumpkin or sunflower seeds for a bit of crunch.
