low carb peanut butter microwave mug cake

Ingredients
1.5 Tb coconut oil2Tb cream cheese1 Tb all natural Peanut Butter3 Tb milk, cream, almond milk - all work1 Tb Almond flour2 Tb Milled flaxseed1 lg egg1 Tb sunflower seeds1.5-2 Tb Hazelnut Torani sugar free syrup (yuck, sorry)2 pak Stevia
Directions
Put into a mug:

1.5 Tb coconut oil
2Tb cream cheese
1 Tb all natural Peanut Butter

...and nuke x 30 seconds, then stir

add milk, almond flour, flaxseed and stir. now it's like a brownie. make sure its not super hot before you add the egg.

...add egg, funflower seeds, hazelnut torani sugar, stevia and mix. now the consistency should be like cake batter. Divide into 2 mugs or cook in one mug, realizing that eating both servings is over 700 calories.

nuke for 3:20-30 or so and when done cup is SUPER HOT. release edges with knife and place plate on top, turn over, and you've got your mug cake(s). If you're just having one of the two servings, you could add a dollop of whip cream sweetened only with vanilla extract.
