Ingredients
2 Tblsp olive oil3 Tblsp ginger2 clovesgarlic1/2 cup onions1 cup chicken stock or veg stock5 cups Broccoli4 cups bean sprouts1 cup orange bell pepper3 cups mushrooms2 Tblsp Fish Sauce2 Tblsp Oyster Sauce
Directions
Add olive oil to wok heat low add ginger, garlic & onion. Mix oyster & fish sauce with chicken stock Add to wok. Follow with the vegetables and cook until all veg are crisp to what you like.
