Pumpkin bread

Ingredients
2 cups sugar1/2 cup olive oil1/2 cup applesauce3 eggs (.75 cup egg beaters)1 tsp ground cloves1 tsp ground nutmeg1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1 cup pecans1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Mix liquid ingredients in large bowl. Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients and stir til just mixed. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Bake 55-60 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let cool for 10 min. before removing from pan. Makes 2 loaves.
