Company Casserole

1 lb lean ground beef2 8oz cans tomato sauce1 cup low fat cottage cheese1 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream1 cup chopped green onions3 Tbls chopped green pepper1 12 oz pkg. egg noodles (cooked and drained)
Brown g beef and stir in tomato sauce. Set aside.
Stir together cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green onions and green peppers.
Spread 1/2 noodles in bottom of casserole dish, top with 1/2 cream cheese and veg. mixture.
top with 1/2 g beef.
repeat, ending with g beef on top and bake for 45 minutes
