Chicken Blackbean Quesadilas

4 Quesadilas Sheels 10 Inch1 1/2 cups of shredded chicken1 1/2 cups grated old cheese (white chedder)1/2 can of black beans1 Shice of portabello mushroom1 onion1 clove of garlic 2 tbls butter
In a fry pan add butter, chopped mushroom & garlic. simmer until opec. then add blackbeans and heat gently for a few minutes on low.
In a clean fry pan put a 10 inch shell and spread cheese and grated chicken on it, then add some of the mushroom and bleakbean mixture covering again wiith grated cheese. cover with another shell and heat on medium until golden on the bottom., turn in pan and heat the other side until golden. Cut into wedges covering with salsa and sour cream. Eat and enjoy.
