Ingredients
Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal1/2 c 1% milk1/2c waterdash of saltCook oatmeal per directionsAdd1/2 c granny smith apples (microwave with 1/2 t cinnamon if desired)Mix with 2T ground flaxseed1T chopped walnuts (if desired)
Directions
Cook oatmeal using 1/2c water and 1/2 c 1% milk
While cooking oatmeal, 1/2 c apples and 1/2 t cinnamon in microwave for 15-30 seconds.
Mix with ground flaxseed, nuts, brown sugar (Splenda) and top with a dash of cinnamon. Mix together.
