Grandma's Dressing

4 cups Pepperidge Farm Cubed Herb Seasoned stuffing dry mix10 slices white bread2 large eggs1.5 cups chicken broth2 cups onion chopped2 medium red apples1 cup raisins2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In a large frying pan heat olive oil add onions and cook stirring often till the start to caramelize. add chopped apples and raisins to onions and cook until apples become tender. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs and add the stuffing mix. Mix with hands until completely coated with egg. Tear the bread into small chunks and add to mixing bowl. Add the chicken broth and mix well. When completely mixed add the apple onion mixture and mix well. Place in a small casserole dish and press down good. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour and top turns a golden brown. Makes 12 servings
