Ingredients
3 oz raw chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces1 tsp ginger1 tsp garlic1tsp oil
Directions
Heat small frying pan on med. with oil. Add ginger and garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Turn up heat and toss in chicken. Cook each side until golden.

    Absolutely wonderful. Easy, easy, easy! And I LOVED the natural glaze that formed on the chicken from the ginger, oil, and garlic. Great flavor. This will be going into rotation! I served it with peas and carrots. An incredible low-carb meal! - 9/13/19
