1 Cup natural peanut butter1 Cup honey1 Cup old-fashioned oatmeal1 Cup chopped dried apricots1/2 Cup chopped walnuts1/2 Cup choppped almonds2 Scoops Protein Powder
Combine peanut butter and honey in a large nonstick pot, and heat on low until runny/creamy. Mix in oatmeal, protein powder, apricots, walnuts and almonds, stirring until all ingredients are well coated
Line a 9x9inch pan with waxed paper. Press mixture into the pan. Let cool (refrigerate overnight), then cut into 16 bars.
