Aztec Salad

Ingredients
2 cups dry quinoa1 tin black beans1 tin yellow corn2 bunch green onions1 avocadojuice of 1 limenutritional yeast to taste
Directions
Cook quinoa according to instructions and allow to cool.
Mix with tinned corn and beans.
Chop green onions and add to mix.
Chill for at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, add juice of one lime and chopped avocado.

Enjoy!
