Tequila Grilled Fish Tacos

Ingredients
1 3/4 pounds fish1/3 c. fresh lime juice1 oz tequila6 corn tortillas (can double up if you want, add about 185 cal each)3 c. shredded green cabbage3 c. shredded red cabbage1 c. fresh cilantro1/2 c. lime juice1 tbsp canola oil1/2 tsp cumin seeds1 tsp Splendasalt (to taste)pepper (to taste)1 c. salsanon-fat sour cream (calculated with 1 tbsp per taco)
Directions
Makes 6 tacos.

Combine 1/3 c. lime juice and tequila. Pour tequila lime marinade over fish in glass dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Grill fish (spray lightly with cooking spray if necessary) over medium heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes on each side. Cut into bite size pieces.

Combine cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, oil, cumin, Splenda, and salt and pepper in large bowl.

Warm the tortillas and fill with fish pieces and cabbage mixture. Top with salsa and sour cream.
