Low Cal Pineapple Cake

Ingredients
11 oz - Mandarin Oranges (w/Juice)3/4 C - Applesauce1 - Yellow Cake mix 8 - Egg whites1 oz pkg - Jello Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix20 oz - Crushed Pineapple (w/Juice)8 oz - Cool Whip Fat Free
Directions
Cake Mix:
In a large bowl mix Mandarin Oranges (not drained),Applesauce,Yellow Cake Mix and Egg Whites. Put in 9 x 11 cake pan (sprayed lightly w/fat free pan spray) and cook for 30 mints or until done. Let cool completely.
Topping:
In large bowl mix Jello pudding (dry mix only), crushed Pineapple (not drained) and Fat Free Cool Whip. Once cake is cooled put topping on cake and put in frig.
Cut cake evenly into 12 pieces.
