Meatloaf Stuffed with Salami & cheese

1.5 lb 85% ground beef1.5 lb Meatloaf mix (or ground pork)2 large eggs4 servings Parmesan/Pork Rinds/Flax Meal Breadding4 slices salami1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 6oz can tomato sauce1 T Worcester Sauce1 T Dried Parsley1 T Dried Cilantro1 t garlic powder1 t onion powder1 t black pepper
Preheat oven to 350
lightly scramble eggs
mix everything except Salami, Cheese, and Tomato sauce in a large mixing bowl.
spread 1/2 of mix evenly on bottom of a 9x9 pan
Layer the 4 slices of salami on top (one in each corner of pan)
spread the cheese on top of the salami
spread the remaining meat mixture over top of the cheese
spread the tomato sauce on top of everything
bake at 350 for 60 minutes
Drain grease after 30 minutes and 45 minutes
broil for 5 minutes
cut into 9 pieces
