Bowtie Pasta with Sausage and Tomatoes

Ingredients
3/4 lb Italian sausage1 Med onion, chopped2 Tbs. Olive Oil1.5 cups heavy cream2 Tbs. dried parsley1/2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes3 cloves garlic28 oz can diced tomatoes1/2 tsp. salt12 oz. box of bowtie noodles
Directions
Put a large pot of water on to boil. Remove casings from sausage. Cook chopped onion, garlic and sauge in oil until sausage is browned. Add tomatoes, cream, and salt. Let simmer while noodles are cooking. Cook noodles to an al dente texture (about 9-10 min) Add to sauce mixture and serve. may sprinkle with parmesan as desired.
This feeds a family of 6 plus.
