1 leg of lamb 900g25g rosemary2 lemons2 tsp ground cumin4 tbsp olive oil
place rosemary, juiced lemons, cumin & oil into processor and blend
pour mixture over lamb and massage into the meat.
leave one side for 30 minutes.
pre heat oven 200c / gas 6
place the meat in a roasting tin centre of oven.
cook for 20mins then lower heat to 180c / gas 4
cook 20 minutes per 300g
(adjust time for fan assisted ovens)
baste meat every 20 minutes
when cooked to liking allow meat to rest 20 mins
carve and serve with mixed vege & roast potato
