WW Friendly Cranberry Chicken

Ingredients
2 5 oz pieces raw chichen breasts1 cup fresh cranberries6 tsp splendasalt & pepper.
Directions
Put whole cranberries & splenda & 1 cup water. Boil in a 1 qt. saucepan until all cranberries pop.
Refrigerate all night, or longer.
Put cranbberries, with juice in crockpot with chicken.salt & pepper to taste cover & cook on low for 3-5 hours.

    put this in the oven uncovered for 40 minutes. very tender. a bit too tart for me, think i'll add a bit more splenda next time. otherwise good - 11/12/08
