Beef Fajita Salad

Ingredients
4 oz john soules beef for fajitas - cooked1/2 cup of canned corn1/4 cup chopped/sliced red bell1 cup chopped/sliced zuchinni (sliced is more like a pasta)1/4 cup salsa1 oz mozarella cheese.5 tbsp sour cream (reduced)
Directions
chop the 4 oz of meat and cook - helps with cooking time
mix and cook through corn, peppers and zuchinni till tender
mix all together add salsa - stir
top with cheese and sour cream.
